Roles and responsibilities:

Product & Streaming Coordinator
AEI Music
AEI Music has a new and exciting opportunity for a Product & Streaming Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for outgoing pitch communication on AEI Music’s releases to partners & platforms.
The Coordinator will be a vital bridge between AEI Music’s Distribution and Product Management teams, delivering campaign results to our partners and tracking any resulting editorial features.
You will be responsible for weekly pitches through online forms & sheets. This will ensure visibility of our upcoming releases and marketing notes with editorial teams for platforms like Beatport, Apple Music and Spotify, and outside partners such as DJs and radio contacts. Eventually tracking any editorial updates on our analytics & reporting tools, and feeding updates back to the Recordings team.
The Coordinator will also take part in setting up the product on our internal systems, gathering track & artist information through forms & emails. And ensuring products are complete, with correct metadata, ahead of delivery.
On release day, they will scan online platforms to confirm products have been delivered correctly. Completing the product in our systems by adding online URI’s, shortlinks and other information.
Content Intern

We are looking for a Content Intern to join Studio Island, Island Records’ in-house creative division, based both remotely and at our Kings Cross HQ. You are a self-motivated individual who is passionate about making visual things and will report directly to the Head of Creative.
Duties include:
Working closely with the Studio Island team and marketing teams to ensure creative assets are delivered within an agreed timeframe.
Collating and distributing campaign assets – e.g. photos, artwork, presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Global teams from other threads (Finance, Repertoire etc) to ensure that the overall Global Revenue and Royalties Optimization (GRRO) delivery needs are fully met from an end-to-end perspective
Through interaction with the territories, contribute to/maintain a global knowledge-base, including a complete inventory of royalty related systems and processes; contact information, structure of royalty area, statement solution/volumes, issues faced, anomalies to standard global practice, territory specific requirements or restrictions, language, strengths, weaknesses, training required
Operational issue management and analysis support for any issues or questions raised by the users through to resolution where appropriate. Use your business skills to facilitate issue resolution by collaborating with both local and global teams to arrive at the right approach
Work closely with key users, product owners, business analysts and IT development teams to understand, document and communicate the needs of the global business users to development teams to ensure that the current and future systems supporting local royalties continue to support global business requirements
Use strong global relationships to facilitate the scoping, discovery, design and implantation of new business processes sometimes supported by the development of new applications
