The Marketing and Production Asst will report to the Label Manager and is responsible for assisting the end-to-end process of single, ep or album release, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery across digital and physical platforms.
Job Requirements:
You must be passionate about the Independent Music Industry and Services sector with some understanding of the commercial music landscape across both digital and physical format.
Keen gig goer and purveyor of music.
Proficient in video and photo editing software.
Highly organised and process driven with ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changing market.

Job Requirements:
At least one year's experience working at a music label in a similar role, music store with online presence or equivalent experience working in a fast-paced D2C sales environment.
Passion for independent music and interest in working at a label.
Confident in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Great attention to detail and follow-through skills.
Experience in and keenness to provide great customer service.

Creative Initiative: Take the lead on driving the creative agenda by actively seeking opportunities for collaboration between our roster and external writers, producers, and artists.
Create Opportunities: Organise and oversee writing sessions, camps, and collaborations to ensure our roster gets the best out of every creative opportunity.
Scouting Talent: Continuously push to scout new talent across genres, ensuring a fresh and dynamic roster.
Top-Line Procurement: Work with label teams to source top-line vocals and ensure the final product meets the high standards of our artists and label.
